Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or message containing your tracking details.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 3–7 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–10 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–12 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

We may offer free shipping on selected products, promotions, or minimum order values from time to time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

You can use the tracking details provided to monitor your shipment's progress.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times. If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the package may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping returned orders.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.

MyVastuAura is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or if you believe your package has been lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date.

Please provide:

  • Photos of the damaged package/product (if applicable)

  • Details of the issue

We will work with the courier partner to investigate and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
